KlarWell Return & Refund Policy

At KlarWell, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help. However, due to the nature of nutraceutical products, certain hygiene and safety protocols apply.


Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery — applicable only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You have valid proof of purchase


Return Request Process

To request a return, email us at care@klarwell.in within 7 days of delivery.
Mandatory: Please attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue (damaged seal, broken bottle, wrong item, etc.). This helps us verify the claim and process it faster.

Do not send items back without our confirmation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplement bottles

  • Products with tampered seals or damaged packaging

  • Items bought during sale or promotional offers

  • Free gifts, if any

  • Gift cards


Replacements

If your item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost. Please ensure you provide the required photo/video proof to initiate this.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
